Generally happy with the experience with Tasca Service. They did a great job and it was covered by the drivetrain warranty. I was a bit dissatisfied with the time it took to get the job diagnosed and completed (it took 8 days). I dropped it off on Monday of June 16th and finally got it back June 23rd. Between initial review and diagnostic, parts order and work completion there were many days where the vehicle stood idle, this was evidenced by the location tracking of the truck. So overall pleased with the result, but the execution requires some work.

Paul was / is very nice! Made the process easy / seamless for a normal vehicle maintenance . He kept me informed during the process. I will continue to drive a little further for employees like Paul! Thank you



I had a big engine repair on my 2007 Lincoln Town Car so I could get a new inspection sticker Eric one of the Lincoln Service Advisors constantly called me with updates I knew it was going to be a tough and time consuming job. Mike Wilson was the mechanic who worked on my car personally the whole job he did an excellent job Very happy now the car is running like brand new. Excellent service advisor and an excellent mechanic . Very happy with everything at Tasca Lincoln.

This review only pertains to Mazda service.
This was my first time using Mazda service.
I brought my Mazda CX-5 in for an oil & filter change. I noticed before bringing my car in that the coolant bottle level was about 3-4 inches below the Low line indicator. Also the rear window squirter was just dribbling down the window.
I mentioned to the service writer that I wanted oil & filter, check and top off all fluids and address the rear window squirter.

I bought my car from Don just over three years ago and while he made the buying experience simple, fairly quick, and downright painless, he's continued to go to bat for me several times since. The Tasca service department, while doing good work, leaves a bit to be desired where communication and customer service are concerned, so Don has helped straighten a few things out for me several times. I can't overemphasize how great it's been to work with Don and recommend him to anyone looking for a Ford.

Best yet!! Whole experience was great start to finish. I made my apt online, picked a convenient time. They were friendly, informative and crazy fast!!!

Very professional.

I usually give this place a 5-star rating, but my last visit was a bit off. One of the mechanics came out and started griping about a 'dodge' in the service bay. I get that it's a Ford dealership, but I bought my car there and have had it serviced many times at their Quick Lane. This worker was complaining to her coworker right in front of everyone in the waiting room, saying my service wasn’t scheduled when it actually was.

So easy to deal with and communicate. Will only be using them from now on! Added on a detail during my service and was worth every penny.

Both were very helpful and nice to work with.
The issue was with the trailer hitch electrical on a Winnebago EKKO on a 2021 Ford Transit 350. Dwayne diagnosed the issue as a bad wire harness from the battery junction box to the trailer hitch plug. This wire harness was installed by Winnebago. Dwayne helped greatly by sitting with us in a call to Winnebago Customer Service and explaining his findings. I have been working with Tasca Automotive Group since 1999. During that time, from sales to service, I never been disappointed with the Tasca Team. Service has always been top notch in both explanation of options and quality of workmanship. My latest purchase began with Amber who help locate internet options and helped by supplying some needed documents that were needed. Cannon Brian was my sales rep who obviously enjoyed his work. A good listener and ready to answer any questions that I had. Altogether a very positive experience from start to finish.

I WAS LIED TOO!! By the Head Service Department Woman as u walk in the service Dept Door to Check in your vehicle for service.
I had my car serviced there & gave a Negative Review.
The Woman in the service department front end Called Me & asked if I changed my review to a positive review, & if I did, they would give me a $159.00 refund & $15.00 refund on my points so I would get a check of $174.00
So, I changed my review like she asked me too because I wanted the Refund.

Tasca automotive group has been absolutely wonderful to work with. They were easy to work with from negotiating through text message and basically finalizing a sale prior to my arrival. Overall the visit was fine, but it took a really long time to get a loaner vehicle and insurance check. That was awful. We had to get a person from our auto insurance company on the phone to confirm our coverage. It took a REALLY long time. Not good for busy professionals when we need to get back on the road.

I had a very good experience when I purchased a used car at Tasca. Andrew made it easy to trade in my old Subaru for a new one. The folks in sales and financing were professional, personable and patient as I took the time to evaluate and test drive cars in their inventory. No complaints and only praise for this team!

I took my Volvo in for Service and they were fantastic. It was super easy. Everyone was so nice. And they constantly kept me updated. I will definitely be using them for all my needs going forward!

Having purchased a ford explorer from an out of state dealer (with a service contract) Tasca was quick to put my information in their system and performed the schedule maintenance jn a friendly & professional manner. In addition Tasca’s team washed and vacuumed my vehicle. Having said that, I’d like to give a shout out toTim who offered an excellent customer service experience.

Excellent, no-hassle service. Both the salesperson and finance manager were low-pressure. The focus was on getting us the right car for our needs in our budget. I usually hate car shopping, but Victor and the Tasca team were a pleasure to work with.

I just had my vehicle in for a regular maintenance. The service technician, Michael Jordan, took great care of me. I waited in the lounge area and it was completed relatively fast. They had washed to car and Michael explained everything they did. It was a great experience.
