It's clear customer service matters to this service department. Everyone was welcoming and helpful. The waiting area is spacious and comfortable. All of the work done on my car was completed in a timely manner and was done well. I felt like the recommendations were reasonable. Overall, this was a great experience.
Brought my car in for an inspection and found out there was an open recall for my car, so I was told I’d have to bring it in during the week to have the recall taken care of. I expressed my concern because I work 6:00 am to 2:30 pm during the weekdays and am mostly available on the weekends. The service advisor, Jonathan Bussman, went out of his way to make sure I will be able to get a loaner car so I won’t have to worry about having transportation to and from work while having my car being serviced. Not having to worry about transportation is a huge stress relief and I’m extremely grateful for Jonathan offering to take care of that service for me. My family and I have been buying and leasing cars from Tasca for years and have always been satisfied with the staff. I would also like to just recognize Bayo Dina for being an amazing salesman and person in general. Thank you so much.
Needed my F250 inspected and i had the pleasure of meeting Eric DeFalco who was my service advisor. Not only he, but the staff as a whole was extremely friendly and happy to help. The technicians were professional and thorough. They have definitely earned my business in the future. Another shout out to Eric, never do i enjoy having to bring a vehicle to a service center but he really made it a good part of my day.
